We had not bought or sold a house in 25 years. Then, we bought two and sold two in 13 months. John handled all four transactions, it would be hard to imagine them going any better. Both houses we sold, we did so in the first 48 hours. The two we purchased, I was surprised we got them for the price paid. John was an excellent communicator. If he was busy, he would take the call and tell me he would call right back. This is a huge deal when transactions can move as quickly as they do. We found John to be very adept at reading situations. Kenna was fantastic at helping us “stage” our house for sale. Something we obviously knew little about, but found it to be hugely important. We found that after the sale or purchase, that’s when the work really begins. His sources for plumbing, painting, wood-rot, electrical, foundation repair, etc… all were professional, quick and high quality. This eliminated our need to call and arrange all of the service people. 5-Star rating, he was committed the entire time, not pleased til we were, extremely professional.
